Like many of our clients this family wanted to update their older swimming pool. Despite regular routine maintenance, time and weather will take their toll on pool materials.
They were pretty happy with the pool design and features and really just wanted a facelift.We encourage more people to consider remodels like this, before they have structural issues that are more expensive to correct. In this case, the issues were mostly cosmetic with just yellowing and surface cracking.
We stripped the pool down to its original base and removed all of the aging decking. The pool was re-plastered and got new tile and coping. Then we poured and finished all new concrete decking and walkways. The sheer descent water feature and spa got their own treatments and we added LED lighting for a dramatic evening and night effect. The result is a rejuvenated swimming pool that the whole family can enjoy again.
